Before answering this question, we must also understand a concept – tool seat. The so-called tool seat is the system used by the oscillating knife cutting machine to install the tool. Each tool seat system will be controlled by two servo motors to realize the lifting and rotation of the tool, so as to realize the processing of various graphics. Some tools can share one tool holder, and only need to change the tool according to the change of the cutting material; some tools must be installed on two tool holders respectively to realize combined processing; while some tools do not need a tool holder.

1. Single tool seat system:
Customers who choose a single-knife seat system can also choose a variety of cutting tools, because some cutting tools can share a knife seat, such as electric oscillating knives, pneumatic oscillating knives, driving wheel knives, kiss knives, and drag knives are all used to meet the cutting needs. The material can be changed to different knives according to the material being cut. Another situation is that when the customer needs to meet two cutting processes at the same time, such as cutting, grooving, or creasing, it is necessary to choose two different cutting tools. One for mounting cutting tools and one for mounting beveling tools or creasing tools.

3. Three-tool seat system:
A common three-tool holder system is a milling tool holder, a cutting tool holder, and an auxiliary tool holder. Among them, the milling cutter holder can be used to install milling cutter tools to complete the cutting of various high-density plates; the cutter holder can be used to install cutting tools such as vibrating knives, driving wheel cutters, drag knives, etc.; auxiliary cutter holders can be used to install beveling tools and Indentation tool, so the three-blade system can meet the installation and upgrade of all cutting tools, and maximize the function of the oscillating knife cutting machine.

There are also two tool combinations – dual tool simultaneous cutting and dual tool independent cutting systems to help customers maximize the efficiency of a single machine.

The dual-tool synchronous cutting system is to install two independent cutting units on a beam. The two cutting systems can cut the same graphics at the same time, or one of them can work independently, as shown below:

Each independent unit of the dual-tool synchronous cutting system cannot be installed with more than or equal to two tool holders, only one cutting tool holder can be installed, and milling cutter holders, punching, or brush tools can be added on this basis.

The dual-tool independent cutting system refers to installing two beams on one machine. The two beams can cut different graphics at the same time, and can also run a beam independently, as shown below:
