AMOR vibrating knife cutting machine series is a CNC machining equipment developed by AMOR for the rapid cutting of non-metallic materials. The two machine models commonly used in the automotive interior industry are AMO1625AK and AMO1625FK. The AMO1625AK model is mainly used for the cutting of automobile seat covers. It is equipped with an automatic feeding table, which can be equipped with various types according to the difference in hardness of the car seat cover material and whether it is breathable. The tool combination meets the cutting requirements of different materials; the AMO1625FK model is mainly used for the cutting of car mats, using a fixed cutting table, equipped with a vibrating knife independent cutter head, which can meet the cutting of car mat materials such as wire loops.
