The customer is a processing company located in Belgrade, the Serbian capital. In September 2019, it ordered an AMOR2025 CNC knife cutting machine with an effective cutting width of 2000X2500mm. In November 2019, AMOR sent technical engineer ZHANG to the customer’s site to train and install CNC knife cutting machines. Because the size of the machine is relatively large, in order to ensure the safe transportation of the machine, we have disassembled it during the transportation. When AMOR’s technical engineer arrived at the customer’s site, he reassembled the machine as soon as possible, completed the installation and commissioning of the machine within 12 hours, and cut samples for the customer. As our CNC knife cutting machine adopts CNC round knife cutting technology, and is equipped with Fuji motor and rack drive from Japan, the speed of cutting fabric is as high as 1200mm / s, the speed is high, the efficiency is high, and the customer is very satisfied.

The customer also used a pneumatic oscillating knife tool to cut the foam. This CNC knife cutter is equipped with an extended knife, which can cut for 80mm sponge.
